for 2 valid from now until 30th September 2009. The voucher covers: You and your travel companion hold UK Passports with a minimum of 6 months validity from your intended date of travel. All other charges, such as but not limited to hotel service charges, transfers from a UK residence to departure airport, are not included in the prize. You agree to take part in any prize giving 'ceremony' and participating in promotional material for Lufthansa, Marriot or Downs Syndrome in relation to this competition. You agree to the standard terms and conditions set out by Lufthansa and the Marriott Heidelberg. This activity is open to everyone including employees and volunteers of all agencies, companies and charities involved in supporting the Down Hill Cyclists, their immediate families and any other person directly connected with this activity. The appointed charity for the donations received from the proceeds of this competition is Down's Syndrome Scotland, which is a registered charity No. SCO11012. There is no limit to the number of entries that any individual can submit for the competition. Limits may be set by mobile phone operators. Down Hill Cyclists reserves the right to make any changes to the competition schedule owing to unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances. The Activity will run from the 0700hrs on 1st of September 2008 until 1700hrs on 1st of October 2008. The final date for entering the competition will be 1700hrs on 1st of October 2008. These conditions shall be construed in accordance with Scottish law and any legal action against the company must take place in Scottish Court.
