By entering this competition you demonstrate your agreement with the following terms & conditions:

The prize for this competition is a travel voucher for 2 valid from now until 30th September 2009. The voucher covers:
- Travel from a UK airport to Frankfurt in business class accommodation on a Lufthansa operated flight, including taxes, fees and charges.
- 2 nights (weekend only) bed and breakfast in the Heidelberg Marriott hotel.
- Return transfers from Frankfurt to Heidelberg
- Return travel from Frankfurt to a UK airport in standard class accommodation on a Lufthansa operated flight, including taxes, fees and charges.

You and your travel companion hold UK Passports with a minimum of 6 months validity from your intended date of travel.

All other charges, such as but not limited to hotel service charges, transfers from a UK residence to departure airport, are not included in the prize.

You agree to take part in any prize giving 'ceremony' and participating in promotional material for Lufthansa, Marriot or Downs Syndrome in relation to this competition.

You agree to the standard terms and conditions set out by Lufthansa and the Marriott Heidelberg.

This activity is open to everyone including employees and volunteers of all agencies, companies and charities involved in supporting the Down Hill Cyclists, their immediate families and any other person directly connected with this activity.

The appointed charity for the donations received from the proceeds of this competition is Down's Syndrome Scotland, which is a registered charity No. SCO11012.

There is no limit to the number of entries that any individual can submit for the competition. Limits may be set by mobile phone operators.

Down Hill Cyclists reserves the right to make any changes to the competition schedule owing to unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances.

The Activity will run from the 0700hrs on 1st of September 2008 until 1700hrs on 1st of October 2008.

The final date for entering the competition will be 1700hrs on 1st of October 2008.

These conditions shall be construed in accordance with Scottish law and any legal action against the company must take place in Scottish Court.

"Down Hill Cyclists" accepts no responsibility for: (1) lost, late or undelivered messages, notifications or communications; (2) any technical, computer, online, telephone, cable, electronic, software, hardware, transmission, connection, Internet, website, or other access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder the ability of an entrant to submit his/her entry; or (3) for any event which may cause the campaign to be disrupted or corrupted. Proof of submission shall not be proof of receipt.

Each text message donation is charged to the entrant as one of their standard network contractual rate text messages; this charge may vary dependant to the entrant's mobile contract and their network provider.

Text Services (UK)

Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message.

If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a "roaming" basis addition costs to the operator's standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply.

These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T-Mobile, 3, Virgin and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short code per calendar day.

The charge (TEXT DOWN to 81400) is £1.50 per message received.
